April Forest Bathing Experience

Join us for a rejuvenating walk in the woods. As we travel along the trails together, you'll be guided through a variety of mindfulness practices and sensory awareness activities designed to deepen your connection with nature. Our journey together culminates in a closing circle, where participants will be invited to share their reflections. Participants are welcome to bring their own lunches and stay afterward for tea and an informal picnic.

This walk is FREE and is most appropriate for adults and children 13+ years old. Out of respect for the experiences of fellow participants, please leave your animal companions at home (unless, of course, they are service animals). 

Once you've registered, you'll receive a confirmation email which will include instructions for parking, our meet-up location, a plan for inclement weather, and a brief survey to help your guide assess the needs of the group.
